Cette œuvre dépeint une vue sur les rochers de la pointe du port d’Alon à Saint-Cyr-sur-mer, à travers cet enchevêtrement complexe de branches en bleu profond. Les lignes sinueuses créent un contraste saisissant entre le dynamisme des formes du premier plan et la tranquillité du fond.
