Histoire de l’œuvre :

Cette œuvre se compose de douze rectangles juxtaposés, formant un ensemble de formes abstraites et organiques. Chaque panneau explore la vibration d’une couleur au contact d’une autre. La palette de couleurs utilisée s’inspire du pantone de l’année 2025 : Mocha mousse, une couleur douce et veloutée. La palette est déclinée en plusieurs tons de café plus ou moins corsés avec des couleurs complémentaires allant du brun profond au violet délicat, avec des touches de blanc cassé et de terre verte.

Les contours ondulés et asymétriques évoquent un paysage onirique, invitant à l’exploration visuelle. La texture subtile et variée des surfaces crée une richesse tactile, incitant à une contemplation prolongée. Les transitions fluides entre les couleurs et les formes suggèrent un mouvement implicite, conjurant une ambiance à la fois apaisante et intrigante.

History of the work:

This work consists of twelve juxtaposed rectangles, forming a set of abstract and organic shapes. Each panel explores the vibration of one color in contact with another. The color palette used is inspired by the Pantone of the year 2025: Mocha mousse, a soft and velvety color. The palette is declined in several tones of coffee more or less full-bodied with complementary colors ranging from deep brown to delicate purple, with touches of off-white and green earth. The wavy and asymmetrical contours evoke a dreamlike landscape, inviting visual exploration. The subtle and varied texture of the surfaces creates a tactile richness, encouraging prolonged contemplation. The fluid transitions between colors and shapes suggest an implicit movement, conjuring an atmosphere that is both soothing and intriguing.
